Late night

Last night Skyler spent the night at a friends house and the other kids begged and begged to stay up late. We told them they could stay up until 11:30. Now that’s very late for our kids, so you’d think it would be a real treat for them. Nope! Nick wanted to stay up past 11:30. He said that it wasn’t late enough. So, we sent them up to our room to watch a movie while we stayed downstairs and watched a movie of our own. At 11:00 we went upstairs to bed and found this…….

They must have been asleep for quite awhile since the movie was long over and the screen was fuzzy. Ha,ha!

Trip to Klamath Falls

No kids!

We just got back last night from a great visit to Klamath Falls. Great,because Danny and I came back with three fewer kids! Yipee! Our parents are nice enough to be willing to take our kids for the week.

My brother Bryan and his wife Micah came to visit too. They have twin girls that are just about a year old now and this weekend was the first time we got to see them. They’re sooo adorable! I took way too many pictures, thinking that I’d get at least some that would turn out good, but I was wrong. Out of 267 pictures, the only ones that came out were a couple I took of the twins. That’s okay though, they’re way cuter than anyone else!

I’ve got to get going. Sorry I’m not writing more about our visit, but my kids are gone and I only have a few more days of peace! hee,hee

Grandpa Ron

Here is a picture I took of Grandpa with Brynn on her “big day”. Brynn was obviously not paying any attention to me. I took one of her with Grandma “California” Carol, but lucky for her it turned out way to blurry to post. She didn’t want her picture on the blog. I think she messed with the camera. (ha,ha) (for those of you that don’t know, our kids have two Grandma Carol’s, so California Carol is how we distinguish between the two) And Carol, I’ll get you next time!

Spring Ballet Recital

Brynn had her ballet recital this past Saturday. It was so much fun seeing her on stage. Her Grandpa Ron and Grandma Carol came to visit this weekend, so they were able to see her recital. She was so excited to have them there. When it was her classes turn on stage she was focusing so much on making sure Grandpa was taking her picture, she wasn’t watching her teacher and didn’t do half her routine! It was darling!
